Betty Busts Out the Big Buttons

by Chexy on February 29, 2012

A beaming Betty Deuce appeared outside the gates of Buckingham Palace, where she unveiled the first Jubilee Greenway Disc outside the central gates, which marks the beginning of a walking and cycling route.

Betty is wearing one of her favorite brooches with this big-buttoned pastel tweed — Queen Victoria’s Bow.

The bow was commissioned by Queen Victoria in 1858. It was frequently worn by Queen Alexandra, Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, and Betty likes to wear it today. She last wore it in September. There are 506 diamonds in the bow.

Notice the additional button added to Betty’s bonnet, beautiful with the bow bling and black bag.

Am I Blue?

by Chexy on February 29, 2012

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (left) addressing the Senate Foreign Relations Committee yesterday about why men make wars, and Smurfette (right).

One was magically created from blue clay, sugar and spice but nothing nice, crocodile tears, half a pack of lies, a chatter of a magpie, and the hardest stone for her heart.

William Levy to ‘Dancing with the Stars’

by Chexy on February 28, 2012

William Levy, the star of Jennifer Lopez’s music video, whatever it was, is going to be on “Dancing with the Stars.”

Do you care who else is on the show? Oh, fine.

Jack Wagner from “Melrose Place,” remastered child star Melissa Gilbert from “Little House on the Prairie,” chubby “The View” yenta Sherri Shepherd, former “Urkel” Jaleel White, former Tennis sexpot Martina Navratilova, “Extra” bikini babe Maria Menounos, Motown great Gladys Knight (sans Pips), opera star Katherine Jenkins, Disney whatever Roshon Fegan, footballer Donald Driver, singer Gavin DeGraw and did I mention William Levy?

Hollywood Blvd. near the Chinese Theatre as it appeared in the 1940s… and below, as it appears today.

In Los Angeles, 16 percent of all homeless are 24 years old or younger. The Los Angeles Homeless Authority estimates that 6,674 youths have no place to call home. Covenant House estimates at least 4,000 youths are homeless at any given time in Hollywood.*
